My Career Journey
After over 20 years in my career, I felt a yearning for something more, unsure where to begin. Despite personality tests, my path remained unclear, especially as a Defence partner facing frequent postings. Stuck in the cycle of doing what I 'could do' rather than what I 'wanted to do,' job searches felt monotonous. Transitioning to recruitment brought joy, but lacked time for personalised guidance. At 43, I took the leap to study and become a career counsellor.
